ingredients:
275 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
80 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut
30 leaves suji and 2 pieces of pandan, cut into pieces mixed with 60 ml of water
80 ml cooking oil
135 grams sugar
1 drop of green dye
30 gr meises
How to Make:
1. Mix suji and pandan leaf pieces. Enter in a blender with 60 ml of water. Grind up out of water. Filter and take the water 80 ml. Set aside. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and set aside.
2. Stir in eggs, milk, suji leaf water, and cooking oil. Add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add green dye. Stir well.
3. Pour into flour mixture and stir well.
4. Add meises. Stir until meises spread.
5. Pour into small muffin tins that have been spread with margarine. Steamed over high heat until cooked about 20 minutes.
