Curried Goat

Curried Goat
ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil, for sauteing
500 gr rack of lamb, cut into pieces
2 grains of cardamom
3 grains of cloves
1 cm cinnamon
1 cm galangal, crushed
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
2 bay leaves
2 pieces of orange leaves
1 liter of coconut milk, from 1 1/2 coconut

puree:
8 pieces of red onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
3 eggs hazelnut
3 cm turmeric
4 pieces of red chili
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt

How to Make:
-Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter the ribs, stir until it changes color.
-Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, lemongrass, bay leaves and lime leaves and stir well.
-Pour the coconut milk and cook, stirring, stirring until cooked and gravy mengenta. Lift.
-Serve.
