ingredients:
10 pieces of chicken thighs, wearing forks ditusuk2
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
3 cm ginger grated
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
salt to taste
Sauce, mix together:
Lemon juice of 2 lemons
2 red chillies, seeded and chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
How to Make:
1. Marinate chicken with above bahan2 about 30 minutes.
