Fried snapper Sesame Sauce

Fried snapper Sesame Sauce
ingredients:
500 g snapper fillets, cut into 2 x 6 x 1 cm
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Enough oil, to fry
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cm ginger, crushed
1 tbsp coriander leaves, roughly chopped, for sprinkling.

seasoning:
50 ml of water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp black vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil.

How to Make / How to cook:
1. Season the fish with lime juice and salt.
2. Set aside 15 minutes then drain.
3. Marinate snapper with cornstarch till smooth.
4. Heat oil, fry the fish until cooked. Remove and drain.
5. Add water, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, black vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir well.
6. Cook with medium heat until boiling.
7. Enter the snapper, stir quickly and evenly. Lift.
8. Serve.
