ingredients:

100 gr Bumbu Rendang
100 gr chicken breast, fillet
100 g shrimp, peeled
30 g Sliced scallions
120 g egg
15 gr fried Onions
Borges olive oil 100ml
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
How to Make:
1. Heat a pan, pour a little oil
2. Stir-fry until fragrant spice rendang, set aside
3. Pour the oil back to the wok, stir-fry chicken and shrimp, stir until half cooked
4. Add the rice is already dimalamkan, stir then enter rendang that has been sauteed
5. After rendang spices well blended, add salt and pepper and insert sliced scallions.
6. Once cooked, turn off the heat, then transfer the rice to a serving dish, sprinkle fried onions
7. Serve.
