Brazil Moqueca [ Santan Coconut Fish ]Brazil is the one country in Latin America is famous for rocking Sambanya , except that there are a variety of dishes from the country that we enjoy .One of them is fish Santan Kelapa [ Brazil Moqueca ] .
Brazilian cuisine is very popular .The ingredients include:* 2 pounds red snapper chips or shrimp* 2 tbsp palm oil [ olive oil ]* 2/3 cup coconut milk* 2 cloves garlic crushed* 2 tbsp lemon juice* ½ tsp salt* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 clove of garlic chopped* 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro* 1 piece of cayenne pepper* 4 tomatoes [ or 2 tablespoons tomato paste ]* 1 cup of water
How to cook :Saute onion and garlic while snapper or shrimp in lemon juice and salt give . Once the onions are sauteed onions wafted the fragrance enter the fish , tomatoes , cayenne pepper , black pepper . Simmer over medium heat until the fish is cooked about 10 minutes . Add coconut milk and coriander , simmer for 5 minutes . Stir gently so that the fish does not cut up the meat . After that moqueca dishes from Brazil is ready to serve.
