Cassava Cake

Cassava Cake
ingredients:
500 grams sugar
250 ml hot water
5 eggs
1 kg of cassava, grated, squeeze, discard the water.
250 ml cooking oil
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp seasoning spekuk
125 g fruit mix

How to Make:
-Melt 250 grams sugar, and cook until a caramel. Pour hot water and stir well. Remove and set aside.
-Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy, cassava and oil enter alternately, stirring, stirring until blended.
-Add baking powder, spices spekukdan fruit mix and stir well. Pour caramel mix.
-Pour the batter into the oil pan beroles. Steamed cooked. Lift and remove from pan.
-Serve.
