Spicy chicken Acid

 
ingredients:
1 chicken cut in 10 sections
3 fruit acid kandis
1 teaspoon salt
1 turmeric leaf sheet
700 ml of water

Subtle seasoning:
15 pieces of cayenne pepper
10 grains of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal

How to Make:
1. Boil water, spices, kandis acid, salt, and turmeric leaves to boil.
2. Add chicken and cook over low heat while stirring occasionally.
3. Once the gravy thickens, remove from heat and serve.
