Mixed Fruit Cup

 


ingredients:
6 (180 grams) egg whites
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tablespoons cream of tartar
150 grams of powdered sugar
100 gr almond powder
100 g cake flour
150 g fruit mix (cherry red, green, raisins)
175 g butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

How to Make:
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 190 degrees Celsius
2) Beat the egg whites, salt and cream of tartar until half fluffy. Add powdered sugar a little as she whipped until fluffy.
3) Add the flour as she sifted and mix evenly.
4) Enter the almond powder, cinnamon powder, and fruitmix. Stir well.
5) Add the melted margarine. Stir well.
6) Pour into muffin tins that have been lined with paper cup.
7) oven 25 minutes and the temperature of 190 degrees Celsius until cooked.
